7th Grade "Practice" Shadow Visits Spring Semester 2017

Practice shadows are a great opportunity to frame the expectations for next year's 8th grade shadow day. For the "practice" experience, 7th graders attend several St. James classes as a group, visiting for 15-30 minutes per class. A tour of campus is included in the visit. 8:45 a.m. is Check in, 11:15 a.m. dismissal unless otherwise noted.

Each date is recommended for specific school(s) to register out of consideration for their school schedule; if your school isn't listed, students may register for any date that's most convenient.

This single event is not intended to be the only basis for making your high school choice, but to be considered along with other SJA community experiences (like open house, parent information presentations and 8th grade shadow day) to envision the student in our future community.

Appropriate attire is the student's current school uniform, nice jeans or slacks and collared shirt. (Please, no leggings, yoga pants, sandals; make choices reflecting Christian modesty.) Please schedule your visit on a date when you won't miss school!
